"HORRID EXPERIENCE!!! Me and my boyfriend ( soon to be fiancé) went to this location seeking clarity on purchasing a ring with the intentions of being engaged within the next couple of months. Immediately upon entering, we were greeted with a luke warm attitude. Following “ the rings are that way” gesturing where the rings were located. We then began to ask questions as to what our desires and options were. She proceeded to dumb down our questions and gave us the impression our business was not at all valued. Not too sure if it was due to our attire… ( in a sweatshirt and sweat pants) Nonetheless she made us feel completely awful during a time that is supposed to be exciting. Extremely disappointed . I will definitely be sure to let all of my friends and family know to not do business with this company !!!"

The ring we found was not only beautiful but it was the perfect Pocahontas ring for my daughter. I was even able to fix my Grandmother's ring.
