Despite placing an order for delivery to my girlfriend, the promised arrangement never arrived. It's now two days after the holiday, and there's still no sign of it. The frustration mounts as I've made over 10 attempts to contact them by phone, only to be met with endless ringing and no one picking up. Even after leaving multiple voice messages, there has been no response or acknowledgment of the situation. Valentine's Day is a special occasion meant to celebrate love and affection, but the incompetence and lack of accountability displayed by Edible Arrangements have soured the experience entirely. It's unacceptable for a business to fail in fulfilling orders and then disregard customer inquiries without any explanation or resolution. In conclusion, Edible Arrangements in Gainesville has utterly ruined what should have been a joyful celebration, and their abysmal customer service has only added insult to injury. I urge others to think twice before entrusting them with their special occasions in the future."
