"When the system needed to be replaced, I got a handful of quotes. Cooler was reasonable so he got the job. This turned into a difficult project. There was a hard to detect problem that caused Cooler to replace the outdoor unit twice (both new units). Even after that, things were still working poorly. At last, he found the line set was severely kinked. He spent a lot of time and resources to make things right. That’s integrity."

"I've used this company twice and they were absolutely professional and did a thorough job on two AC units I needed maintenance performed. One AC unit failed and they came out. Couldnt really figure out what the problem was. They were able to get the AC unit blowing cold air again.
