Dylan one of the reps was a true customer service provider assisting me and going the extra mile to ensure i was able to obtain the product i was looking for. He went and reached out to a different store and placed the order online so i was able to pick up my monitor at a different store. this representative was polite, had initiative and a great sense of professionalism. Very knowledgeable,and a very nice personality that I enjoyed dealing with. He didn’t try to push anything and answered all questions I had on the products I was interested in.
