"Purchased a necklace the day before Thanksgiving and had it shipped off for customizing the next day they were running a sale and the same necklace was a lot cheaper. They were nice enough to honor the next day's discount even tho the transaction was already paid for. That right there and the way I could reach a staff member either in person, on the phone, or by text messaging gained you a customer for life... let's just hope she loves the necklace so I can come back and start looking for that special ring.
