"Whomever is providing the stock for this store needs to realize that there are a lot of big guys out there, and they don't necessarily want a blend, boring t-shirt, or sweatshirt. I also witnessed some larger. There were 2 women looking looking for cute shirts 2X and 3X for themselves, and we're disappointed as well to not find what they were looking for. Please understand what your customers want, not everyone is a size small-large."
"First time experiencing the beach with my family this year. We decided to stop and get some souvenirs since it's our last night here. There are definitely a lot of neat things but was disappointed in the size selections. Mostly small and medium. A few large and little to no bigger sizes. Plus, staff wasn't very friendly either. Like they didn't seem to care if you were there or not. Didn't feel very welcoming."
"I'm usually pretty sketched out by these kinds of places, but this is hands down one of the best souvenir shops I've been in. I didn't get a picture of it, but they also have alligators here! One thing I would like to mention that bugged me: there are a lot of things there with something along the lines of "PCB EST. 19xx" but they all had different years on them. It's confusing and I didn't want to wear the wrong year, so I just opted for a T-shirt without a year on it."
"the store was amazing and beautiful, but this LADY WAS RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL ! I went back in the store to get the rest of the items I needed . And I asked for another cashier . All she did was look and mug us . everything else Was lovely and the other 2 was very nice and professional…."
"First of all, the prices are not $9.99 and lower … it was much more expensive. A shark stuffed animal toy was $24.99 where the other stores had them for $13. Not too mention the turtles were all kept in a few buckets (piled on top of each other). My friend went and tried to flip a turtle back on its legs instead of on its back and was yelled at for it. Poor turtles. Second, The alligators were there, but not sure if they were alive. EDITED TO ADD based on the comment from the “owner”: the prices are absolutely not $9.99 or less as your shirts outside were literally on racks with signs for $12. Nice try though! Second, the turtles were not just delivered as your tank was EXTREMELY dirty. The water wasn’t even see through anymore, so there is that. I’m assuming your employees were taking them out to clean the filthy thing and i can confirm that i was there for over 30 minutes and NO cleaning was being done. In fact, the employees continued to neglect the turtles. I would believe your excuse about the turtle delivery, if there is actually someone doing something with the turtles to transport them into a clean tank. However…like I said…I was there for half an hour with no one paying attention to them. Also, the turtles were piled on top of one another for a while. Hopefully the ones on the bottom survived? Lastly, I’m glad to hear your alligators are still alive. Keep them alive for me, mkay?"
