"I was here last night, looking at the sand dollars and starfish, when this kid on a skateboard came up behind me and pushed the skateboard under my foot causing me to lose my balance and falling, breaking couple of glass shelves. I want to thank the man customer for checking to see if I was okay and help me get up. As for the employees, one guy was friendly and cleaned up all the glass. The lady in the other hand came back there and just look at the mess and said can you tell me how this happened. The whole time looking at the showcase. Never once did anyone ask if I was okay. I asked the guy where restroom was and he told he I had to ask for key at front counter.After I went and cleaned up all the blood on my arm and legs, we left and went to different store. The black lady was very unprofessional. I don’t know where the kid came from on The skateboard. It could have been a lot worse, I could have cut my arm or leg off, luckily it wasn’t. Not impressed with the night shift personnel at all. I stopped by this morning and a young black girl Shayna helped me with getting some crabs and a cage. She was so nice and helpful. Very friendly. I didn’t get the name of the lady from last night. Wished I had cause she was an embarrassment to your establishment. She huffed and puffed the whole looking at the mess. I would have taken a pic had I thought about it at the time. But it won’t be hard to miss where the glass shelves are missing, granted they had been broken before cause they had been taped."
