"Went there to get bags of cypress mulch and lawn edging. Didn't get enough. But with the money I saved during my first trip the second trip. wont be painful to my wallet. The cashier was friendly and very friendly. And as I was loaded all the bags into my vehicle a Lowes employee walking by offered to help me load it. Get folks all around!"
"My wife and I were in the store for over an hour, we went to many different sections/departments and pushed around a buggy full of items. Not one associate asked to help us the entire time we were there. We looked for parts for an automated sprinkler system. We were in the garden center and we thought an associate asked us something but it turned out she was just talking to herself. We went to the flooring section to inquire about new carpet for the house and the associate was helping a lady so we stood and waited until she was done. When finished the associate turned around and went the other direction without even acknowledging us. I know I can be somewhat intimidating at times but I seriously doubt that was the case in all these circumstances. Needless to say we just purchased the things we didn't need help for and left. Not a great experience today and not a usual thing. But I like to edit things as they happen."
"Wonderful service in the garden department. Associate Kim was very helpful with my questions, associate Kelly very friendly at the register and speedy check out, and Justin was great helping me load my products into the truck."
