"This experience was incredibly disappointing—avoid at all costs! The service was abysmal from start to finish. There's no reliability on delivery times, no courtesy calls beforehand. Initially, I requested water samples because I have specific preferences. Instead, they delivered 3-gallon bottles, promising a refund if unsatisfied. However, when I requested a refund due to dissatisfaction, it took them a staggering 3 weeks to pick up the bottles. This utter disregard for customers' time is unacceptable. Additionally, their legitimacy is questionable, as they use a Google number for communication. For those concerned about water quality, be warned: this isn't alkaline water as advertised, but rather poorly filtered tap water with a pH level of 7.5-8, not the promised 9.5."

"Very unhappy with their customer service, they have closed my account without my permission. Several times have complained about cracked bottles bottles seeping out from the bottom, the top is still sealed refused to compensate me, and demanding I put bottles out front for pickup and that they will credit my account for deposits. Instead of making the problem right. Never have encountered such rude people that use such bad quality plastic bottles. I barely put them on the ground, and I've had one totally empty, sealed this week and 2 crack in the middle of my kitchen floor....! and all they say is I will close your account and refund you. Meanwhile, 2 of my other friends have them and complain of the same problem, but they claim no one else has issues. Horrible customer service. Rude. Don't use them!"
