Being a "worrier", receiving an emailed confirmation of the scheduled pickup (time, date and location) 24 hours in advance eases my worries. Receiving a text message the day of pickup that driver is on the way, followed by another one indicating the driver is on location is great! Additionally, each and every time, the driver has personally reached out to me at least 15 minutes prior to pickup by text message to advise the type of vehicle being driven so that I have a direct link with the driver. Every trip, the driver has been 15 minutes or more early (so ON TIME EVERY TIME), and unfailingly courteous & cheerful. Additionally, the drivers are all extremely competent. (I just wish we had a limo company like Miami Unique Limo operating in Virginia!). We have used this company in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Tampa."
