"-They first rescheduled an 8-12 drop off to 4-8 the night before at 7:45 - called Lowe’s the next morning and they said it was loaded 2nd to last on truck so it will be there late which was ok - spoke with Spirit at 8 and they said it never made the truck and Lowe’s must be out of stock -informed them of the earlier conversation then they literally told me in the phone it was delivered and had a picture, keep in mind I’m in my kitchen at the time -lastly the said I cancelled my order and I needed to call Lowe’s to reschedule"
