"Absolutely horrible customer service. If I could give a zero I would because they do absolutely nothing for you. They deliver to our Amazon HUB and are the ONLY carrier that does not put packages in lockers as they are supposed to. They claim they are delivering to a secure location but any resident can walk into the HUB room and take the package with them. How is this secure??? Elderly people ordering bed frames that weigh 200 lbs and they just leave it in the room, NEVER deliver to the door. LAZY. Carriers are rude, combative, and unhelpful. And if you call corporate or customer service, they do NOTHING for you at all. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Use any other carrier!!! Props to UPS and USPS for actually doing their jobs!"
"The conduct of the delivery personnel from FedEx was deeply unsatisfactory. While awaiting the delivery of a package that necessitated a signature, I was attentive to the arrival of the delivery personnel. Upon hearing a knock at the door, I promptly proceeded to answer it, only to find no one present. Subsequently, upon further observation, I witnessed the FedEx vehicle departing the premises. This incident reflects a concerning lack of diligence and professionalism on the part of the delivery service."
"The driver stated the entrance was gated. He is a liar. I have no gate and he left it by the road. Good place for porch pirates to get it. It is also 150 yards from my house. He did the same thing on Thursday and left the chewy box out in the rain instead of placing it on the porch under cover."

"Beating a dead horse with this review. Never thought I'd complain about a package being delivered early except someone needed to be here to sign for it. App said delivery between x:xx and x:xx I leave work and come home before then and as I'm leaving the parking lot I get a notification that it was attempted and no help to try again."
