"If I could give them zero stars I would. My entire experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare! I honestly do not know how they are still in business. Communication 0/10 - no telephone to contact them & no response to emails Service 2/10 - You may never see your items Customer service -0/10 - Very rude and defensive Cost 0/10 - price changes each time you use the service Your packages will end up with another one of their clients or they will tell you that they do not have it. They DO NOT respond to emails and they ABSOLUTELY cannot be reached by telephone. When you go in person, nobody is never available! IBC your service sucks! You've been in business all this time and cannot get it right, please consider closing your doors, pleaseeee!"

"This business is a scammer. They ordered a laptop from my amazon store and had someone pick it up at their local USPS store. The USPS information shows as "USPS tracking number: 9302120111470001137582. Your item was picked up at a postal facility at 3:36 pm on September 5, 2023 in MIAMI, FL 33191 by BLUE LAGOON FIRMS. The item was signed for by B L." But they still claimed that they didn't receive the package and managed to have amazon refund them. If you are a seller, you should understand how amazon stands by the buyer regardless of the fact. So my suggestion is just NOT to ship to this address."

"Frauds! Made a $356 purchase using my PayPal to DSW buying 5 pair of NewBalance shoes. Then called to have order delivered to this address. Thieves!!! Contacted them on phone and said I needed to complain to email address."

"Be careful of drop shipments. They will separate your shipments and drop your shipment if their flights a filled. Then you will have to cover the cost when it is imported at your destination."
