"I’ve dropped package off there in the store by the first register it’s been pretty easy only had to wait once because the cashier scanning package had a line for the regular store customers which would be expected since it’s the same person that scan FedEx drop off package. I would say they should have more signs because I did not know where to go the first time and if you don’t normally drop off there you wouldn’t know either… it’s the counter next to the first register unless they change it."

"I have been to this location twice and each time they have issues receiving packages or not able to scan I think they need training or proper scanner for packages they weren’t even able to take the package so I dropped it off at a FedEx drop off box by theLabelle court house which I come to find out it’s been sitting their since Sunday night. It’s now Wednesday and they haven’t picked up yet. This is completely unacceptable!!! I will be using my local post office going forward for everything. I’m completely frustrated....,,,,"

"This location is inside a Dollar Store but you would never know it because there are no signs outside. Employees didn't know what to do with my package or whom to call. Waited 20 minutes for someone to finally scan it. Whoever scanned it...couldn't tell me any information about the services, totally cluless. Did not feel comfortable leaving package there but had no choice, no other locations near where i was."
