"I sat in the store for over an hour with multiple other customers who came in after me but got their food before me. After I finally was fed up and said something I was told someone else had gotten my order (I’m a DoorDash driver) and that I needed to cancel it on my end. That means I didn’t get paid for the order I waited over an hour for and missed out on an hour of the busiest time. I saw no one with hair nets/beard nets and watched as they prepared multiple peoples food with no gloves while one worker had a bandaid on his pinky finger."

"I don't like being the negative Nancy. The food was tssty and hot. they delivered in a decent amount of time. My only issue with my experience is that I paid extra to have marinara sauce and garlic sauce. They didn't bring either. I called them and they said they could send it out to me. When it finally got to me they sent marinara and ranch. It's probably my pregnancy cravings driving this negative review. But I was really looking forward to that garlic sauce... I'm sorry"
