"Normally my experience with UPS is good but this trip left me never wanting to return. They charge you $9.00 to tape up your return package to Amazon so we bought their tape to do it ourselves. Do NOT make the same mistake we did, their tape is terrible!! They saw us consistently struggling with it but of course they never offered to help with using one or two pulls off the tape they were walking around with! Customer service at this location leaves a lot to be desired!"

The UPS store at Park Bl. and 137 St. However its where all my UPS interactions have been negative. This location is closer to my house, but I won't go back. They have been rude and unprofessional. If you have the option, go to the UPS store at 11125 Park Bl. Its wirth the extra drive for us."
