"Husband & I normally workout closer to home in Tampa but were in the area so booked the 8am Maximus class. First of all, we were a couple minutes late and they made us feel welcome still, jumping in to help get admin and setup out of the way. During the workout, Shai was an amazing instructor :) the moments I was at my max there was encouragement, and Shai truly has a gift for knowing when to push and suggest a higher weight! If you're looking for a solid in and out workout that goes by quickly, F45 is great and the Largo location was especially inviting! P.S. playlists are great here too, and easy parking in front or side of building."
