"Called today while he was apparently busy and while I understand being busy can be frustrating thr call was handled poorly, it would have been most professional to instead tell me het I’m swamped we would love to have your business can you call me back at such and such time. Given the past experience I had here a few years ago dropping off DHL packages with what I thought were shipping labels (they were actually info for Aaron to enter into the computer for him to print out the actual labels; he straightened that out for me with a smile!), I decided to do business with Aaron again. This time, it was for receiving a package / envelope (mailed / shipped to the shop's address). He charges $1.00 per package or envelope, a better deal than the UPS Store or FedEx Office, for times I cannot use a "General Delivery" address to a post office. The expected package arrived early, Aaron notified me of it, and I stopped by the shop to pick it up. Top-notch professional operation!"
