"Visited this location looking for tactical work pants for son’s new contract. He found exactly what he needed. The sales clerk, Jo, was very helpful. She pointed out the sales rack as we entered and retrieved four more pairs of pants, from stockroom, to complete the sale. The store was neat and clean."

"What a great store. I was looking for a concealed weapon cross body bag and the staff was great in showing my options. They even had mockups to show how my hand gun would fit into the bag. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend 5-11 to anyone in need of tactical gear."

"I would give zero stars if I could. Very disappointed in our shopping experience (or lack thereof) today at this Jacksonville location. Today we were excited to do some shopping, and pick up some extra holiday gifts. These products are not cheap so they missed out on hundreds of dollars in sales. The Customer service was terrible, several employees including manager and zero assistance. When my husband asked a question he was treated like it was an inconvenience to answer. We learned that was by the store manager Eric. We asked for a business card, with a response of what do you want that for? We left empty handed with zero intention to return to this location. Sadly this is a pour reflection on the brand. Now by reading other reviews we know we aren’t the only ones. Shop online or elsewhere. Corporate needs to intervene or else this location will be out of business if they keep treating buyers this way."
