"The experience was awkward and terrible. What associate meaures you for a bra out on the sales floor...yet the same one tells ypur husband he can't be in the fitting room to tell you that the new size you're trying fits for work or nor because a woman in another fitting room (who leaves and her daughter complains her mom is taking photos of her in different bras in the fitting room when they get in a fight and the mom leaves) complains about your husband looking to see if the bra fits appropriately for work or not outside of the room. When i say somethng to the sales associate at the checkout counter, the same woman (who was in line) steps up to argue with me. Then you the sales associate never once stepped up to say anything to make it stop. Horrible experience and i felt body shamed from my process. At this point, i cannot reccommend the St. John's Town Center Victoria's Secet to anyone. Pathetic customer service and i will not be back to this location or any other Victoria's Secret again."

"I stood in line for a while to get a gift card, was told I had to go to another register in the back so I went and found that register, then all they had were cards with a getting married theme, was told there weren’t any others, looked around and saw one sitting by itself a little bit away on the counter and asked if it was usable or left by a customer so she checked and said it was usable and sold it to me. I hope it actually is usable when my daughter tries to use it. The staff seemed like they didn’t care to be there and the place appeared to reflect that."

"My first visit to this store. Sales Associates were very courteous, kind, and helpful. They had exactly what I was searching for and they quickly explained that if they didn't have it in-stock, they could order it, have it delivered to my door in two days."

"Very rude manager, refused to follow the return policy that was promoted by the store for a new product exchange. Refused even to tell her name (apparently she felt herself not being right in this situation). I feel very sorry for her she does not know what customer service means. I hope the the upper management will take appropriate actions."
