"We are the group of vietnamese investor. Our billiard pool hall is 22 table and in top 3 billiard club of ho chi minh city, vietnam. According to predator policy, we qualify to become a authorize dealer of predator. We meet all the requirement to become and predator dealer. But there sale manager for international department turn us down and said the quota for dealer is reaching enough and they wont be able to get us to become a dealer. Our country have 100 mil+ people and they only give for 1 authorize predator dealer. We promise to order at least 500k/years and they still not consider us at a dealer. We have to buy supply from US just to ship to Vietnam because 1 dealer stock is not enough for entire market. We would like to have a fair market price on our predator cue/table/supply and it not control by one predator dealer. The dealer increase the price and ptedator wont even take a look to see what happen. Such a good brand but they destroy the market for cues in our country!!"

"I wanted to send my wooden shaft back for some service work, and honestly found the customer service interface/email system difficult and awkward to use. Eventually I did get the RMA form (its clumsy at best) and finding the shipping address was a pain. Now the good part. The reps on the phone were great to talk to. My cue was 'older' and I couldn't get a replacement ferrule but they reconditioned it with the shaft and sent it back for a fair price. I got it last night. I thought they sent the wrong cue. It shipped VERY well packaged and in a fine looking black velvet shaft bag with draw string. Did a fantastic job on it and the ferrule looks NEW. Very impressed with the work the shop did. Can't wait to play a few racks! Fix the service front end system- leave the guys on the tools - they are awesome! Cheers!"
