"What a JOKE!!!! A perishable item was sent to me as a birthday present.... it required signature. The days she told me it would be delivered, i was at home in my apartment. She kept receiving notifications they missed me. No one rang my doorbell. Instead what i found outside of the building that has 15 floors is a stupid doortag!!! I was home. How did you miss me? I requested to pick up package at a specific location.. completely ignored. Instead they kept playing the "we missed you game". Christmas eve weekend, on the 23 message finally came item ready to pick up at a far location within 5 days are you F'king kidding me? . Im convinced they took package. Calling to then ask if its at the location. Because package was undeliverable . It was destroyed. JOKE!!!!! MIND YOU, WITHIN THE TIME I WAS TRYING TO GET THIS PACKAGE, OTHER PACKAGES WERE BEING DLEIVERED TO MY APT BY FEDEX. So now tell me how this specific package couldnt be delivered? Do better!"

"What a joke. I was the sender of a perishable shipment. It wasn’t delivered because a signature was required at delivery and my friend didn’t answer the door immediately and the driver left. I was able to get to the FedX warehouse, and with MY I.D. they wouldn’t release perishable refrigerated medications to me. I’m looking forward to collecting the $1000 insurance, although the contents were worth closer to $2000. U.P.S. Is much more predictable."
