We had a party of 11 which required transfers from the Fort Lauderdale airport to our hotel, from the hotel to Port of Miami and then Port of Miami back to Fort Lauderdale airport. "Highly recommend Jiffy Jeff. We had a private ride scheduled for 7 of us from the Port of Miami after our cruise to our hotel in Fort Lauderdale beach. Unfortunately the port was temporarily closed due to a storm the morning our ship was scheduled to arrive (12/17/2023) and we were delayed while we waited for the port to reopen. We didn't disembark the ship until about 8 hours after we had originally scheduled our pickup. Communication with Jeff, as well as his drivers, that morning was exceptional via Whatsapp and regular text/phone calls once we had cell service and that took all the worry out of whether or not we'd have to find another ride. Once we finally disembarked, we walked directly out of the cruise terminal, past all the chaos, and onto our shuttle without even stopping. Our driver was right there waiting for us. We were so glad we were taken care of and didn't have the headaches we read about from others on our ship having multiple Uber/Lift drivers cancel their rides and the long lines waiting for ride share. We were so happy with the service we received that we immediately requested to book transport the next day from our hotel to FLL airport rather than using Ubers as we originally planned. The shuttles are clean, comfortable, plenty of room for luggage, and the drivers we had were both courteous and safe. We also appreciated having a private shuttle for our party without having to stop at other locations to pick up additional guests. Very reasonably priced considering the service you get in return in our opinion. We will definitely be using their services again if we're in the area! Thanks again Jeff!"
