"We have used Yellow Cab several times and have been very happy with their service. We have used the ride now and scheduled services. Drivers are prompt and courteous. Cars have been clean and in good condition. We will definitely use them again."

"The ride was fine but the driver tried to tell me they don't take vouchers even though my voucher was from the airlines for yellow cab taxi. Then the driver told me he doesn't get paid if it's a voucher and he prefers cash. I did not feel safe with the driver and would not recommend them. Keep your peace of mind and hire a better company."

"NOT RELIABLE WHATSOEVER FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS!!!! I was travelling with my family, and my cousin, who is a wheelchair user, requires a wheelchair accessible van (which means a RAMP). Each time we ordered an accessible van, they did NOT show up and only once, we had a regular cab show up instead which was not accessible. We couldn’t even depend on this company to show up to bring us to the airport so we had to rent a car. If you claim you company is wheelchair user friendly, then that would actually mean SHOWING UP!!! We even tried booking a ride in advance and still no show. Absolutely disgusted and this is the first negative review I’ve ever left."

"Today, 10/5, I had to wait for 1 1/2 hours for my ride from my home to go do laundry. I use a mobility scooter. I finished my laundry at 6:40 pm. As of 9:30 pm, I am still waiting. I ended up calling my son-in-law and he's coming for me. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I have arthritis in my spine and both legs/feet. UNACCEPTABLE! If there aren't enough vehicles to transport handicapped people, get more vans!!!!!"
