We called on star to check on the location of the car and it’s been sitting in the lot for those 3 days. No response or communication from this company at all. We’re still waiting for an answer. Customer spends $150K on a car only to be treated this way. Total disappointment. We were guaranteed the car was not in the lot anymore and on its way when clearly it’s been sitting in the lot the entire time."
