"For truck owners, stay away from this place, the broker sells you the cargo and gives you the delivery address at this address and then they want to send you to the airport to unload 10h 12h unloading, they tell you that is not a problem of them that must be negotiated with the broker. this looks like a joke for drivers. the broker is from the same company Sterling Brokerage service."

"I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I booked an LTL cargo to be picked up on Friday 11/19 and deliver on Wednesday 11/24. I spoke to their tracking rep and she reassured me is was going to be delivered on Wednesday by 1pm. On Friday I get a call from my customer advising they never received the cargo. I call Sterling and get bounced around different offices until they told me oh the cargo was short and couldn't be delivered. No communication and horrible service. Gemcap will NEVER use Sterling Transportation EVER AGAIN."
