"Although they are not the fastest at loading your truck and getting you out of there. I did show up early and they put me right into a door. I arrived with only 1 hour left on my clock. Explain to the young man with the accent behind the window that I only had one hour of drive time on my clock. and he said you can stay here with no problem. Pulled away from the door closed my doors and backed back into the dock without a problem. Went to pick up my paperwork and the young man asked me if I wanted to take a shower and if I needed to do laundry. They have two showers and a washing machine and dryer it's a godsend to find a place like this down in Miami that cares about truckers. Thanks for being cool guys"

"When you are about to pickup it is where you need to go for FIJI WATERS. As I figured out, you wait until they make your order, stack, wrap then load your truck. But you can come late off your appointment, they will receive anyway... overall not bad, I was going home that's why it wasn't felt terrible."

"First of all very unorganized shipper, I had a 7am app checked in on time was told dock in door 11 for water load, 2hrs go by nothing loaded yet went in to get status and was told load was'nt ready yet had to confirm some freight. 4 hrs go by finally loaded oh but wait now I'm late for receiver app time broker had to do a reschedule due to Suddath's unreadiness I believe they should be held accountable when you set app time it should be honored or you pay for it that's the business. If the driver is late for pickup then then they would end up rescheduling or work you in and not want to pay for detention. It's just not right all around. So if you see Suddath in Hialeah rethink it and avoid"
