"Do not send anything by air shipment to Venezuela. You may lose your shipment with them. There will be multiple excuses for the delays, such as Colombian customs withholding cargo. After many inquiries, eventually they stop responding. My latest shipment is likely to be lost and legal action may follow. In this instance, cargo was received by them in June 2021 and never seen again nor have they demonstrated any concern."
