"This is by far the WORST UPS store anyone can ever visit. The staff is very unprofessional, their customer service etiquette is non desirable. It is obviously independently owned and unfortunately it represents the UPS brand shamefully. Never have I gone here and its been a positive experience."
"No one answers the phone when calling to ensure they are open. After rushing through traffic, I arrived in store at 659pm after driving 20 minutes to be told there closed. Still 7 people in line and door is unlocked. Customer service and intent to do business is extremely poor. Your employees should not be turning away business during business hours. I certainly will be taking my business to alternative ups and I will direct anyone I know not to use this establishment. Time is most valuable commodity a person has and your employees wrongly wasted mine."
