"Contacted them and was connected with a super friendly guy. He got me a contract and price which I agreed to. He then scheduled the pick up and I advised him I needed to pay two guys to meet the pick up due to me being out of town. We set the time and my guys waited for hours before we were finally told no one would be arriving. The next day I was contacted and told someone would be picking up and gave us a message to meet. Met driver that showed up without a harness for brakes and lights. Waited at least three hours before we I contacted HH and was told the guy cancelled the haul. A lot of wasted time and effort not to mention the money spent to have people there to meet and help get loaded."
