"very unprofessional people especially don Pickett booked load from this company Friday afternoon received confirmation with no pickup time and no phone # for shipper asked don Pickett for phone # he refused to give me phone # or any info, came Monday I found phone # for the shipper on google called shipper to confirm the load since I didn’t get any info from don, they told me the load can be picked up by 4:30pm so I called don Pickett at Jerue company to let him know that my driver is gone be between 11:00am and noon and he started yelling that doesn’t work for him he must have truck right know and he hung up, then don Pickett send email that he canceled the load after few minutes they reposted the load for less money so I guess they double brokering the load very unprofessional"
