"Marked a wheelchair member as no show 20 mins before appointment pu time on the 4th of july. I guess driver wanted to leave member behind to enjoy his 4th. Rider stranded now."
"Very poor customer service. Personnels are discourteous and rude. Driver came to pick up a client that was scheduled for 7am at 7:12 am. Client was using the restroom. Driver was asked to give the client 3 mins as she was being transferred to the wheelchair. Driver was rude and left. Call was placed to the office to report what had happened and the customer service Personnel was rude,showed no concern and hung up the phone. Driver lied also that he was on time to pick up client. Very disappointing."

"This company was great they picked up my mom and took her from Hialeah to Plantation. Great at transferring her to the stretcher and rolled her in to the front desk and checked her in. They definitely made it so easy for all the chaos we had going on with everything else in this medical Emergency. Definitely recommend them!!!"
