"What a garbage place!Don’t even think about coming before 10 am if You have deliveries.Fat lady will tell You to wait few minutes if You there early and You will wait for answer for 2 hours!2 pallets and took 2 minutes for unload but waiting 2 hours for that.Even guys on docks say that was sooo stupid!!!"

"Truck driver here. This place deserves 0 stars. I picked up an empty here to take to my next load. Well the trailer had a piece of tape on it and the place i was dropping it off at wanted a different one. Okay so I go back to change trailers and this guard shack lady says with an extremely pretentious tone: “we don’t take empties don’t you know that?” First of all, most XPOs do take empties (I’m a truck driver not a guard shack worker I should know) and second of all I JUST GOT THIS ONE FROM YOU 20 MINUTES AGO. Fire this lady XPO, she doesn’t represent your company in a professional way. I don’t know her name but she’s an older lady who is black and she was working at night. Reply here for more details."

"If I could give zero stars I would but Veronica is the reason it gets the stars, if they are getting any stars it would be because of her. I arrived at 12:45am with a 4am appointment and when I checked in a guy named Mike told me to come back in the morning and when I asked him what time he said I don't know. I said ok and got back in the truck. At 7 am I asked Mike was he going to take my load and he said no he was going to take it tomorrow. I said but the appointment is today at 4 am and he said the broker lied, so i showed him the paperwork that showed the date and time of my drop off. And then he said I'm not going to take it until tomorrow. Then I tried again at 12noon with the lady Veronica and she understood trucker time and she told me to give her one hour and she would get me unloaded. She did exactly what she said she was going to do and unload me. She was very nice. I really don't understand why Mike could not take my load (he never gave me a reason) and she was able to unload me. I am thankful to Veronica for the hard work she put into getting me unloaded. Mr. Singh"

"It's only one star because there is no such thing as zero stars. NEVER hire this company. They are a perfect display of disrespect and lack of professionalism. All people who don't care about customer service. I bought a refrigerator at Samsung for which I also paid to take the old one and install the new one. As soon as the driver from Ruiz & Zaiter Enterprises, Inc. arrived, he said that he would not take the old sub zero we had, because they "don't take sub zeroes." Summary: the driver left and did not leave us the new refrigerator. Now we will have to wait 2 more weeks to receive the new refrigerator. AMAZING"

"Do not deal with this company! We ordered A dishwasher 3 weeks ago for delivery and installation through Home Depot. Two times they couldn't make it and on the third time they said they delivered and installed our dishwasher. They had never did. Now we have to go through the whole cancellation process. The customer service representatives do not provide any help, they either drop your call or say they will email the hub and the hub will reach out to you. Save your money, time and health avoiding them."
