"Terrible service! Brokers give you rates that are not even realistic. Like more a trailer for FREE yes FREE when other brokers are paying 400-600$ for the exact same lane, same shipper and receiver. Also refuses to find any solutions. I had an issues with adding a customer to our insurance policy under as loss payee. I asked if they would call the customer because the insurance companies do not add this to ANY policy, they refused to contact the customer, so we reached put to them and they were very polite also said that there was "wiggle room" and that that DID NOT need to be on the insurance certificate. The customer said she would call LKC to let them know, the broker Connie I was working with was very rude and wouldn't let me talk, hung up on me!"
