"If they ever deliver my order from Sam's club I'll upgrade this to 2 stars.......they decline every appointment that I select from available appointments, not right. Get your act together Total Truck or you are going out of business."
"Exactly on time! And the driver took the pallet - very much appreciated, that and a friendly courteous delivery. What more could you ask for. Fughedaboudit"
"Thank you for the great service! Two deliveries of equipment that went very smoothly, it's greatly appreciated!"
"I am so grateful for Total Truck Transport and their team. After being anxious waiting for my new furniture it took one phone call to take my worries away. The person over the phone was very helpful and they called me to schedule the delivery the same day my furniture arrived to their location. Delivery was professional and everything arrived in a good condition."
"This was the WORST furniture experience ever! I bought my husband a filing cabinet from Amazon and unfortunately they use 3rd party delivery and 3rd party assembly unless you pay $99 for their upgraded Amazon Assembly. Knowing my hubby would rather build it himself I opted for delivery only. But I’m fighting cancer so I specifically asked for delivery when my caregiver would be here. The freight company kept missing deadlines for delivery. Come to find out Pilot subcontracts out to Total Truck Transport and it was them who kept screwing up so I asked them to add assembly to make up for ALL the numerous missed deliveries and ALL the time waiting and waiting for nothing and ALL the undue stress and ALL the rude customer service, drivers schedulers and managers. I thought it was a blessing that they approved assembly as it would take something off my hubby’s full plate of him working FT and taking care of me FT, BUT it turned into more of a nightmare as the drivers/assemblers would NOT put masks on as I’m immune compromised so I had to stay in the bedroom! A common cold can kill me! My caregiver tried explaining to them but they BARELY knew ENGLISH! If you’re going to live and work here in the U.S.A. LEARN ENGLISH! I love learning languages but I shouldn’t have to learn Spanish to be able to communicate with someone in my house whom I’m helping to employ! As a customer I shouldn’t have to do anything that forces ME to go out of my way! As a business you should be going out of your way to EXCEED our expectations and give us the best experience possible or you’re going to lose customers which means you’ll have less money to pay your employees thus having to lay them off! So employer’s please teach your employees ENGLISH, RESPECT, MANNERS, KINDNESS, COMPASSION, ACCURACY, PROFESSIONALISM! Especially when it comes to actually assembling the product! Pilot needs to drop Total Truck immediately! It wasn’t just the masks, lack of English or manners but they DESTROYED the product they were building and ruined Christmas: 1) They put black grease marks on every piece of white wood that wouldn’t come out, wouldn’t help to clean it, and complained that they “were not hourly and needed to go” except the job wasn’t done and my caregiver tipped them $10 each prematurely before I had a chance to inspect it! Thankfully I did get to inspect it just before they were about to leave and refused to keep it because not only did the grease stain the white wood everywhere but there were tool marks and scratches on the metal handles AND there were dents and chips in the wood! I tried working it out with Total Truck but the manager was just as rude as the driver/assembler! These two freight companies ruined Christmas! I had nothing to give my hubby!! I had to make report to Amazon because Pilot and/or Total Truck submitted that they delivered my product even though I refused delivery and they took it with them. I had NOTHING but GRIEF! Once that was rectified Amazon ordered me another cabinet but it was scheduled to arrive after Christmas and after 2 long hours chatting with a manager they did compensate me for the trouble by giving me assembly with the fancier assembly through Amazon Logistics which ended up going very smoothly. But Pilot and Total Truck were horrible. Out of the 20-30 phone calls back and forth over several weeks only 1 or 2 people were somewhat helpful. But not enough to give them 2 stars! Quite frankly if I could give 0 stars instead of 1 I would!"
