"Our shipment was extremely late. They tried to blame us when their driver, who picked up our shipment in Texas at 7 pm couldn’t make it to KY until almost midnight the next day. We paid a ridiculous fee, for a hotshot that was not direct. First, they said it was traffic, then they said it was because of the rules of the driver having to rest 10 hours in between each 8 hour stint (despite it being a husband and wife driving team), and finally they said it was because we didn’t define when we needed it. For nearly $2,000, it should’ve been there on time. We won’t use them again."
