"$10 short pay - The broker mentioned there would be no lumper fees on this specific customer while booking (We don't pay lumpers for 3rd party brokerages, company policy) After arriving at the receiver, a lumper was required. After arguing with dispatch about their customer requiring a lumper, they paid. 30 days later, we're short paid $10. Deceitful business practices."
