Domino's Pizza

"I was trying to claim our free pizza online, the website said it was temporarily not working, so we went to the Domino's location to order in person. When I went inside I was greated nicely. I told the young man what the issue was and he said oh we don't do the emergency pizza anymore. I told him thst I just saw the commercial on the TV and my coupon says I have 3 dayseft to use it. He said I can't retrieve that here, we don't do those any more. I left very confused and tried to place my order online again...this time it went through and I sent my girlfriend into get it. No issues. Got home and the pizza was just awful! It was dry and old looking like it had been under a heater too long! It bothered me the rest of the evening so I called and asked for a manager I spoke with someone who claimed to be a manager named Daniel. He is unprofessional, gave me attitude, laughed at me, and gave an excuse as to what happened, not offering an apology. I didn't even mention the condition of the pizza... at this point it's irrelevant. We will not be back here! We always have some problem with this location! Don't waste your time or money here!!"

"Every time I order a thin crust, it comes way overcooked. There is no existence of sauce because it's so overcooked. Don't order a thin crust unless you want overcooked pizza. Sure, I ate it because I don't like wasting food but it was horrible."

"Took over an hour to receive my order just to be told by the general manager I'm outside their delivery zone and met with attitude by Eric when I explained I've been ordering from there for over a year and never had that issue before. Delivery usually 20-30 minutes not over an hour. I used the domino's website to order from the store thats 3.9 miles away that it chose for me."

"Love this Domino's location. Food is great every time. Friendly service every time. Prepared quickly. The coupons are great & a free emergency pizza deal. We love the pick-up window. Domino's has definitely improved. We used to be regular Pizza Hut or Papa John's customers - but Domino's has them beat on every aspect now."

"I ordered a buffalo chicken sub. Paid $9 for it. With the new pin drop delivery I thought it would be easy, but this location does not do it so I had to pick it up. Woah. To my surprise the sandwich was barely 5 inches long. Definitely not a full six inches. Definitely not a full sub. Super small and way too expensive for its size. It tasted fine. The employees were fine. One of them decided to stay looking at his phone instead of helping me pick up my sandwich. The other woman helped me instead. Place was clean. Just shocked at how small the $9 sandwiches are."
