"My husband has been a truck driver for over 23 years and has experienced a variety of different companies. I have to say that he has always preferred doing mail runs. But more important than what he was hauling, it was what the company was like and how they treated their drivers. Since he was busy on the road, I made the call to Freight X to see what the company was about when they advertised that they were looking for drivers. My first encounter was with Amy their recruiter. I told my husband just based on that conversation alone I knew that I was dealing with a different type of company. I have spoken with many recruiters that say one thing about the job and then when he starts driving for the company it's a very different story. I have to say that Amy explained the situation what they were looking for, how much they paid, what to expect and everything she said was absolutely true. They hired my husband and he has been there now over a week and is extremely happy to have finally found a company that is honest and really respects their drivers. Everybody there has helped him to fit in from the office staff, to the dispatchers and even the other drivers. He has previously worked for companies where he has competed for loads with the other drivers and they don't help each other out.. not so at this company . It seems much more team oriented rather than competitive. I realize he has been there for a very short time, but I have seen enough trucking companies to know a good one when I see one. This is the kind of company that you stay with, you retire with,and you actually enjoy when you are there because of the people around you. If you are a driver with a good work ethic, that values your family time, wants a predictable schedule, predictable pay and a family atmosphere to work in, then this is the right place for you."

"They have zero respect for drivers time. They lie about deliver and pickup appointemt. Expect them to waste 90 minutes of you or your drivers time because they choose not to trust the drivers to be professional and on time. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! Let's see them go bankrupt for the lack of respect."

"Absolutely worst company to ever work for. Look at their CSA SCORES. Expect you to run their elog on your personal cell phone even after being written up for no elog mount. They found a loop hole in the 7/3 split by using it as a 3/7 split. Yet your not supposed to work past 16 hours in one day. They have no load BA bars on their trucks. Don't even do walk around to getting issues or damages and then want to micro manage your drive time lengths and stops and spy on the drivers with the inside cameras after saying it's there in case of an accident. Don't waste your time because they steal from their drivers pay also without any authorized pay deductions release. Im not going to do the back and forth on here but if anyone wanted to know the truth about this company it's out there."

"I just started working for this company and I wasn't happy with the first truck they offered me, so they gave me another truck which I am so grateful for, because I'm a bit of a clean freak. That being said, everyone there is super friendly and I asked for a run to a certain area and got it. I think this is going to be my last move as far as jobs go. I don't ever give reviews but I would highly recommend this company!"
