Pizza Hut

"I went in last night after placing an order, and waiting until my app said it was ready. Once i got inside i waited about 5 minutes to be checked in, after being checked in and paying i waited an additional 30 minutes for my order, and then we were informed that they “have to redo everything” because they had ran out of dough. How can you leave people waiting for more than 30 minutes without giving them that information? This isn’t the first time i’ve had a long wait here, but its the first time i’ve minded. i will not be returning to this location any time soon, and don’t recommend it."

"This is hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Placed an order for carry out at 7:49pm and was told it would be ready at 8:05pm. I did not walk out with my pizzas until 9:40pm. There were at least 6 people in the kitchen and about 5 customers ahead of me and no one came to the register for at least 20 mins. When someone finally came to the front, it was to tell everyone ahead of me that their order was lost and they could either remake it or issue a refund. Amazingly after telling one customer that, they magically found their pizzas. I was told the same thing and decided to wait for them to remake it and I definitely regret it. The pizzas were thin and doughy and see through. Almost like they just gave me cheese and toppings. I’ve never seen anything more insulting. Spend your money literally anywhere else. The people here are incompetent and the food is terrible."

"Terrible experience. 0 stars if I could. Waited 2 hours for an online pickup and the pizzas were super thin and doughy. No one was even at the front with like 5 people waiting. I left smelling like I worked a shift there. Can't think of anything that could've gone worse with the experience. At least if the place caught on fire it would've been entertaining. Don't ever come here"

"Horrible time at the Hut. Went to the local Pizza Hut 12/16/23 @ 5:26 pm, it literally took 1 hour to get these pizzas pictured below, with an order of cheese sticks. The staff (Julie) took my order stating, “20-25 minutes,” I literally watched customer’s who had ordered after me, {spoke with several during the wait} get their order and depart, when asked what’s the hold up, was told to wait. The worst part is the manager or staff whom I spoke with in regards to the waiting, kept telling me it’s soon out the oven. HOW SOON SWAY~ I could have made my own in the amount of time I spent. Not going back, but I was refunded for the inconvenience."

"Rating would've been higher if my order was on time like I asked. I only gave the crew a 7hr and 23 min head start to get my order ready. The stuff crust pizza looked pitiful. The crust must've been about 2 1/2" to 2 3/4" wide and the center of the pizza looked like a personal pan. And that was the large I'm afraid to order a medium, I might not see it. There quote unquote NY style pizza is supposed to be an EX-LARGE pie. Being from NY we'd consider that a large not an ex-large and it should be sliced in 8 slices not 6 slices. Six slices are a medium in NY. I guess the Ex-large is the slice and not the pie. Just make it right. Large pie cut into 8 pieces not 6 please. And when did the pizza sauce go sweet? I don't remember the sauce ever being sweet like it is."
