"I worked for ATI for a total of 5 years in various field positions. This isn’t going to be a disgruntled former employee review but an honest take on what I experienced while employed with ATI. During my time, the company had gone through a number of managerial changes but the most recent, in my opinion, is the most detrimental of all. After the former operations manager was arrested and charged with obtaining controlled substances by fraud/forgery among other things, it was like musical chairs when it came to management/supervisory positions. They practically offered the positions to anyone they knew desperately needed the money and would blindly follow suit no matter what. Not based on who had the experience and qualities required of such a position. The current supervisors are point blank, extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. They come down hard on crew members but fail to uphold the policies put in place themselves. ATI is a breeding ground for drama. It is very cliquey. This concern has been brought to the Operations Manager and Human Resources attention multiple times, but unfortunately absolutely nothing has been done. Favoritism is so blatantly clear when it comes to this company, throwing the employees that are actually hardworking and dedicated to their profession to the wayside. What I experienced was not only detrimental to my mental health but also extremely heartbreaking. I saw people who were once good and honest people change overnight. It’s a shame. I know for a fact that I’m not the only one who has felt this way. I do not recommend ATI in any capacity, not only as a place of employment, but who you choose to transport your loved one. If management does not care, I can guarantee you that the crew dispatched to your home won’t care either. Morale doesn’t exist at ATI, at least not anymore. Do better."
"I had a very pleasant experience with the company. I was called by the company to be adviced of the time that I would be picked up for my appointment. The lady on the phone was very nice to me and explained everything to me about the transport. She answered all questions that I had very courteous and quickly. The crew that came to pick me up from my appointment was on time, even a few minutes early. They told me that the we didn't need to transport yet they just wanted to make sure that they get to the house and get me out comfortable. I am bed bound so it's normally very uncomfortable for me to transfer over to a transport gurney. The crew was absolutely amazing and made it a very smooth transfer. I was taken to my appointment and was later returned home. The crew took the same care putting me back in bed. I want to personally thank you Anthony and Olivia. That was one of the smoothest transports I've ever taken. Unfortunately I've had to take a lot and you guys were by far the best. The professionalism and care for patients that Anthony and Olivia shared was more than this retired cop was used to. Thank you ATI for having crew members that are this amazing as Anthony and Olivia. Thank you ATI, Scott Bennett"
"My mother is in a longterm care facility where she fell and broke her arm. The facility called ATI Transport to take her to the hospital. Shay Turner, one of the ATI techs, arrived and soon became our guardian angel by the compassion, care and support that she provided. Due to COVID 19, this is the first time my 86 year old mother would be going to the hospital without me or other family support. She was in a great deal of pain and anxious about going to the hospital alone. She was also upset because she couldn't get her jewelry off and secured, she couldn't reach her breakfast to eat anything and she couldn't get to her phone charger to take with her to the hospital. Shay not only agreed to get on the phone with me, but stayed on the phone with me until she had addressed or facilitated all of my mother's concerns. Shay made sure before they left the room that my mom got her pain medicine, got an ice pack for transport, and got some food in her stomach. She additionally made sure that my mother's jewelry was removed and secured in a place we designated. Shay then, labeled a ziplock bag with mom's name on it, gathered mom's cell phone, cellphone charger, note pad and pen. If that wasn't enough, she additionally attached pre-printed name tags to each item that was going in the bag and to the hospital with her. Her calm, compassionate and reassuring manner brought great comfort and peace of mind to both of us. Her compassionate actions were above and beyond expectations. Thank you for caring providing A+ service!!!"
"Twice I have been billed for services this company has never provided. This time I was actually sent to collections for a child that doesn't belong to me, and that I don't even know. With billing practices such as this it is a wonder that this company is still in business. I am very disappointed that a company that makes mistakes like this provides healthcare services to the public. I highly recommend that one checks invoices very carefully, and watches collection notices closely if you have done any business whatsoever with this company. My business was completed four years ago, and the erroneous collections notice came just this week for services provided to another family two years ago. No telling how many other people have been affected by the same issue!"
"Great Healthcare Providers who truly care about their patients. It's far from often I would say I would be comfortable placing my own family member in the hands of another...but if one needed an ALS Transport....I would not only be confortable, but also confident they are in great hands...If you're in healthcare you really know how much that means....If not....know it means just like it reads....they are in great hands by passionate, knowledgeable, caring Providers....and that is why I am leaving this review knowing the providers personally and knowing their true character...Good people you can trust....."
