"Fantastic service, both drivers were fantastic, one was a Jamaican gentleman whose name I didn’t catch and the other driver’s name was Brian. Prices were fair and both drivers were fantastic and safe drivers. Highly recommend this service if you’re catching a cruise in Miami but flying into Fort Lauderdale. The shuttle vans were very comfortable and the air conditioning works."

"I would give 0/5 if possible. I made a reservation with them months in advance for transportation after my cruise. I received an email confirming my reservation when I booked but it had no info besides “thank you for your reservation”. So a week before the cruise I called to confirm and get info. They were extremely rude and said I shouldn’t have called. They said the reservation was good and they will contact me the morning of transportation. I get off the ship and call, they say they “have over 300 people on the list and I’m not one of them” and that they will call a driver and get back to me. Meanwhile I have a flight that I need to get to so I decide to find other transportation (ended up being cheaper). He finally calls me back, I tell him I found other transportation, and he cusses me out and hangs up on me. Unless you like being yelled at and disrespected, never book with them."

"My dad has used SAS service twice so far since Covid from FLL Airport to Port of Miami. Both times the service was superb and prompt. The ride was very easy to book online, and the divers remembered his flight arrival time, which cruise ship he was heading to, and picked him up in no wait time both times. My dad doesn't speak English, so I was the one calling the driver and then call my dad to instruct him where to wait for the van. Both times the drivers were so accomodating and responsive, they even called me right after picking up my dad to ensure peace of mind. I highly recommend SAS service and we will come back to them again in the future!"

"This was our first time cruising out of Miami and using SAS transportation. This company is TOP NOTCH!! I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Our driver, Joel, was EXTREMELY nice and polite. He kept us informed the whole time. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone (not Joel) was super nice too!! They were such a pleasure to deal with, and I’d HIGHLY recommend them!!! Very comfortable ride and the air worked great (as opposed to previous ride share companies)!"
