"This company actually deserves no stars. I have used them before with no issues so booked again despite being more expensive than Uber!! Pre booked and paid for transfer from hotel to cruise port and post cruise transfer from port to airport. What a disaster! When you pre book a specific date and time you expect your driver to be there! He was not I called 20mins after pick up time and the guy who answers phone said oh you have a reservation from where when I told him Marriott and address he hung up on me. I attempted several more times to call as did family members and hotel with all calls going to voice mail. Blocked our calls. When we disembarked calls also went straight to voice mail - we waited fir our prearranged time for pick up but was a no show This company left us stranded both pre and post cruise scrambling to get rides in a busy hotel and port area. This company is terrible, do not book if you have to be anywhere at a specific time!"

"Highly recommend this service, we booked a 8:30 a.m pickup, and because the custom and border security was so slow that took us an hour and half to get out, and the driver waited for us, he was very friendly, good services will used them again."

"Do not use JR Shuttle Services. We have used them plenty times with no problems but today they left us stranded at the cruise terminal. Left us waiting for 45 minutes and ended up blocking all our numbers. Very unprofessional and inexcusable. 0 stars."

"Edit: I see they responded. They don't take credit cards when booking (thank god, otherwise they would have taken my money and ignored me). Anyway, don't listen only to my review, look at the other people who got stranded and ignored. I honestly could care less how they respond, I'm just paying forward my experience to hopefully save someone else the hassle. Pretty sure they turn off their phone during the cruise drop off/pickup rush hour. No one came, phone calls went to voicemail, we waited 2.5 hours at the port for them with over 100 calls to their main line incurring over $80 worth of roaming charges. Just don't do it. Their rates are good but you'll pay for it in other ways."

"We booked a shuttle from our Miami hotel to Port Everglades a month before our holiday. I finalised our collection times once I booked my half hour embarkation time. I knew it took a good hour to travel between Miami and the port and JR Shuttle said they’d collect us at 1030 - our slot was 1130 to 1200. Having arrived the previous day and experienced lengthy queues of traffic in Miami we were concerned that just the hour wasn’t going to be sufficient. I messaged JR Shuttle first thing in the morning to ask if their driver could come any earlier. I was told that the driver was on their way but due to traffic they wouldn’t be to our hotel until 11am!! It’s one thing missing our slot due to heavy traffic, leaving at the time booked but to not even be arriving at our hotel until 30 minutes after our booking was simply not good enough. We had to get an Uber who arrived within 5 minutes and got us to the port in time for our check in slot - and it was a good bit cheaper than the shuttle was going to be!"
