"First off, the driver was rude. I had to change pick up location,but I did call and notify with enough time. He hung up on me after not being able to locate my pick up stop. Once he did arrive he did not get out introduce himself or anything. The bus itself had damaged windows, not clean. And AC wasn't working fully. There were beer bottles in the back! You would think to check beforehand. Especially since I rented it for my daughter's 15 birthday with friends. We had to cut 2 stops since he wasn't very great driving. Hard breaking. And my husband literally had to get off the bus to direct traffic since he got stuck at a wrong turn. We sent him directions and showed him exactly where to pull up at the venue we were at, and he completely disregard our simple directions. Was not a great experience. Unfortunately we will not be booking with this company again. 1 out of 10."

"Really enjoyed our experience with A Family. Kevin was our driver and he was top notch. We toured Savannah, Charleston, St Augustine, and put him in some tight spaces. He is very skilled and was able to make it all work out well. It was our first time in a Volvo bus and it was OK, but not as nice as the MCIs that we are used to. The legroom seemed less and it didn’t have some of the amenities we enjoy (seatback pockets, cup holders, AV hookups - had DVD only). That was OK since we didn’t have many long days. That said, if you are looking for a safe ride and don’t need all the amenities, book with A Family. We are doing another trip with them (and hopefully Kevin) in the near future."
