"Reached out on Facebook marketplace to buy a bike for my mom for Christmas. No one else had the color I wanted except this place. I received a weird photo back of a monkey and him telling me that he’s laughing all the way to the bank. Not really sure what that means. If he thought I was a scammer maybe he should have done a little research before blocking me!!! I’m a real lady who lives in Estero looking to make a purchase! I use my lifelong nickname on marketplace instead of my real name. So do a lot of people. Doesn’t mean I’m not real. I was also going to buy a bike for myself and would have spend a few hundred dollars. Jokes on you jerk!!"

"I took my wife’s Schwinn beach cruiser style bike to JR for service. The brakes were sticking, the bike steering seemed wonky, and it didn’t shift gears consistently well. JR quickly diagnosed what was needed to get the bike in good operating condition and said he could repair it that very afternoon. True to his word, he called me about an hour later and said the bike was ready to pick up. The repair cost was very reasonable and the bike is now in good riding order. I was completely satisfied with the experience."

He included a basket for me and greased the chain before we left. I could have bought a new bike but these were budget friendly and in great shape. "At the end of a very long ride, and get a flat on 776, was able to fix it on the side of the road. Then I got to Toledo Blade, and yet again, Flat thought I didn't set the bead right, so I adjusted and used the last of my co2. Head down Toledo Blade, and it goes flat. I see the signs for JR'S reclaimed bicycles, I stop hoping he's got a pump, lol he went out of his way to help me change,inspect, and install a new tube. He actually did all the work while I watched. What a save from walking 7 miles home. Great service from a great person. Thank you!!!!!!!!"
