"I called to reserve a car, I explained to agrnt that I was using a debt card. He told me it would be a 200.00 dollar hold. I said fine. Went to pick up car and was told 500.00 hold which I didn't have. How Embarrassing that was due to having to take a uber there and back to hotel. I was in Miami hoping to take is some sight seeing on my last day before returning back to Seattle. It ask me to rate my experience which would of been 0 stars but I had to hit something in order to send this, that is why I only choice 1 star. Not pleased at all and this is the second time I have been disappointed with your customeer."

"This is the first time that I am writing a review. The experience was so horrible that I thought the one thing that I can do was to warn others about this HORRIBLE business with unethical practices and horrible customer service. I rented a car for one day. They charged me for 6 days. I had to jump through endless hoops to get it rectified. After several phone calls, and waiting two weeks to get my refund, they issued the refund as if they were doing me a favor. I was also charged $25 for tolls when I had my own Sunpass. I am being asked to jump through more hoops to get that rectified. Their mistakes has become my problem. I went to the office to get a receipt. I had to walk out. I waited patiently for 15 minutes. They were taking care of people walking in without even acknowledging my existence. This place has the worst business practices and customer service that I have seen in a very long time. Go elsewhere. There’s an Enterprise right down the street. I had no problem there."

"Terrible my reserved car "was sold" I did not get notified. The intention was to make me go there to rent me whatever car. But you can not substitute a Chevy Suburban with a smaller car. My brother in law got a Grand Caravan that has not been washed for about a month at least. The idea was picking both car from same location I had to pick mine from a location 10 miles away a waste of time."
