"Called at 8:30am and reserved a cab pickup for 6 people at 12:30 to take us to the cruise terminal from our hotel. Cab company accepted and told us they would call to let us know they are on the way. 12:30 came and went and no cab arrived to get us. Piss poor service. No phone call, no update to say hey we are running behind, nothing. No wonder uber and lyft are putting these cab companies out of business. Got a replacement ride ordered via Uber and had a cab in 15 min. Whats the point of scheduling a ride with this company if they are not going to show up?"

"Super crazy expensive the dude told me it was going to be 50 bucks it turned out it was $90 all it was was a ride from the airport to the hotel I will never take another taxi in Miami it will always be an Uber"

"Springs Cab; cab # 1044; driver Gabriel #29672. Outstanding! We arrived at the port and was placed into his cab. Lucky for us! Gabriel was very polite and courteous. He took us to our hotel behind the Miami airport. We asked questions about Ft Lauderdale airport. He answered them and then asked if we would like for him to pick us up the next day. We made the arrangements and he left us his number in case of flight changes. He arrived 15 minutes early. We had another very pleasant ride with Gabriel. So if your in Miami ask for Gabriel, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Gabriel for making the end of our vacation memorable."
