"I took my little brother into the store for a quick tune up on his bike and the gentleman working was awesome. He took the bike back, showed us what was wrong, and fixed it quickly. He was super nice the entire time and did not try to do or upsell anything that was not needed. Thanks for the help. The bike is riding great now!"

"Avoid this place like the plague. I spent $75 for them to just look at my bike after years of sitting. Spent even more when they said I needed new brakes. I pick up my bike and before I even get out the door, my front tire is flat. I get home and realize my new brakes are the worst feeling brakes I’ve ever had and don’t work very well. A week passed and the following weekend my back tire is flat. Like inner tube flat. To top it all off my chain is loose. I wouldn’t have wanted these guys to try to touch up my bike for free if I knew they were this incompetent let alone $100+ dollars."

"I personally was not happy with the service. Charged a $93 tune up. Didn’t consult with me first before adding parts. They didn’t even fix my brakes, so I brought my bike back the next day. Ended up charging me almost $40 just to fix brakes. At that, i was not satisfied with the bake brakes. They didn’t offer any discount, which is reasonable for having me come back. And again, did not call me before adding parts the second time. Pricey and not happy with service"
