"This is a bit of a belated post. I tend to not leave reviews but I felt compelled in this instance. I had the pleasure of meeting some of the employees and owner of OTB Firearms recently and the transaction was a memorable one. First off. I must say that when I was referred to this establishment the person who recommended them just called them OTB. I thought it quite strange for an Off Track Betting institution be selling firearms but then I thought about it and that’s pretty much where your money disappears anyways. I was then quite happy to know it stood for Only The Best. My first interaction was with Phil. Looked a bit scary but realized he was just a big fluffy teddy bear in the end. We went over several options for what I was looking for and then was referred to Vito who I was told was the owner. The man that came around the corner looked exactly what I envisioned a Vito would look like. I felt like I should have been ordering Spaghetti and Meatballs and not an NFA item from him. But again looks were deceiving. Both treated me better than my family. In the end I was completely happy with my transactions and will be back over and over. My only suggestion would be is to stock a cooler with the Nectar of the Gods so that Phil and I could share a cold Mt Dew while doing my paperwork. Get on it Vito. "Ordered on the website Friday afternoon 1:30 p.m. MST and received on Monday by 11:00 a.m. MST. From Eastern Florida to Central Arizona. That’s quick shipping and good USPS service. Speaking of shipping, the box was taped perfectly. The person who packed it takes pride in their work. Knife is as ordered and is in perfect condition. Price was equal to other stores I checked with and included free shipping. Great shopping experience and would certainly do business with them again."

"Only the best is simply the best! I’ve purchased several firearms from this FFL, I’m always a happy customer. Some of the staff does need a refresher on great customer service but the owner goes above and beyond to take care of his long time customers and even the new ones. I had a misunderstanding with one of the staff but Vito came to the rescue. If you are in the market for quality fire arms and think the big box stores are better you haven’t shopped here.
