"From the moment you walk in this store you are immediately greeted, “ Welcome to Burlington!” Emanuel has been the one recently and I don’t know the name of his coworker that works there he is slim and shorter than Emanuel and also very pleasant as a greeter. The staff at most of the Burlingtons we have frequented are unusually friendly and offer great customer service! 1//14/2024 we visited and there was an incident with a shoplifter it was so good to know how the process had ensured, safety and very efficiently confiscated the merchandise and recovered it all the associates handled this very professionally: Brenda and Shantira, Manager I didn’t quite get her name black hair maybe Latin about 5’4” and the associate that cashed me out Sherod was very concerned and diligent they all deserve recognition since the stores was empty we were the last customers for the night and it was handled appropriately and very professionally! I enjoy this shopping experience at Burlington the prices are great, good customer service and to know how safe and secure petty good to know you can shop safely! Thank you!"

"Coming to this store yesterday with my mom was the best decision to make during this holiday season. The customer service was amazing! The two woman that helped me out was Shanteria and Amanda. They are some of the most sweetest and most genuine people I've come across in any retail store. They really made my day and month just by being themselves. I've worked retail before and I know it can become repetitive and frusturating especially with this specific locations fitting room not being available most of the time but they just don't have enough man power to support this need for the customers. At least if you are a loyalty member which is FREE you have 45 days to return, more than any other off-price retailer store. Thank you to Amanda and Shanteria for your kindness and patience considering I was probably the last of the customers to check out for the day.
